Patient came in with four broken teeth and a faulty bridge in the front on the
upper maxillary. He had seen several dentists who recommended to have implants
and crowns which would cost $20,000. Dr. Bileca pulled the four broken teeth,
placed post and cast post on the two remaining cuspids, placed a bridge in the
front and partial denture in the back. Cost: $4500. Patient is very happy.
